Refunds: Due to the nature of custom-ordered apparel, refunds and returns are not accepted. Should you have an issue with an item or have questions, you can reach out to the Sports Operations Department at operations@ridertownusa.com. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping: Shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks after the order is placed. There are times that an item will get backordered. This means that an item is temporarily out of stock but is still available for purchase. UA will accept orders for the item, but it will not be shipped until new stock arrives.
